Up until now, Shakespeare in Tokyo has been sharing information on Yahoo Groups, which recently started tweaking its operations. Now it seems that the site will continue to host groups, but merely as a repository for email addresses. Therefore, supplementary information such as directions, attachments, etc. will have to be cached elsewhere. We’ve looked into the options, and decided that WordPress is the future of Shakespeare in Tokyo.
Finally, I know that many people sign up for these announcements, but never make it to the meetings. Can you make it your New Year’s Resolution to come out in person at least once? We’d love to meet you. The same applies to those who once attended, but don’t anymore. We’d love to see you again!
Our first reading was Winter’s Tale at Temple’s new Sangenjaya campus in Tokyo. That was on January 20th. We will continue reading Winter’s Tale on February 17th, 7pm, again at the Sangenjaya campus of Temple in Tokyo.
